Legal notice

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Polish version is binding.

1. Owner and contact

The Biegająca Sztuka (Running Art) website is run by Krzysztof Lewandowski, a natural person running an unregistered business. Correspondence address: al. Waszyngtona 65 m. 8, 04-074 Warszawa, Polska. Contact: lewandowski.malarstwo@gmail.com or the contact form on the site.

2. What the site is and how contracts are made

The site presents artistic work, finished works and the possibility of commissioning works. It has no shopping cart and no automated ordering process. An enquiry sent through the form or by e-mail does not in itself conclude a contract. The terms of a sale or commission, including the final price, the date, the method and cost of delivery and payment, are agreed individually. A contract is concluded in accordance with the terms of sale, once a specific offer has been accepted.

3. Copyright

The paintings, photographs, graphics, texts and other materials on the site are protected by copyright unless stated otherwise. Without the right holder's consent they may not be copied, distributed, made available to the public, modified or used commercially beyond the scope of permitted use. Buying a physical original does not transfer the economic copyright or the right to reproduce it. A transfer of rights or a licence requires a separate agreement.

4. About the works

Photos and descriptions are meant to show the works as faithfully as possible. Colours and details may look different depending on the screen, device settings and lighting. Before a contract is concluded, the work's essential features, its availability, dimensions, price and delivery terms are confirmed.

5. External links and liability

The site may contain links to external services, e.g. Instagram. The operators of those services are responsible for their own services and privacy policies. I do my best to keep the information on the site up to date, but I do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or the absence of technical errors. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law, in particular consumer rights.
